Banta CMC provided construction and planning expertise for this project, beginning with the procurement of the design team and project planning. Our work for this project included a detailed and itemized cost opinion, quality assurance, construction risk mitigation, contract execution, and procurement of a qualified general contractor through a project specific RFP.
