Project Details
The site will encompass the following: utilities, clear & grub, cut/fill, storm drainage, finish grade work, hardscapes, landscaping, sod, and asphalt. We are constructing one (1) three-story 81,000 square foot Class "A" Office Building Shell & Core. The Shell will include a combination of composite metal panels and aluminum storefront and glass system. The Core will include "typical" Core construction I.E. elevators, RTUs, restrooms, mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, main entry stair, and two (2) exit stairwells.
