Log Still Distillery, located in New Haven, KY, is an iconic bourbon-related project that involved overseeing cost control, schedule management, subcontractor procurement, and design savings for the development of a state-of-the-art distillery and entertainment campus. With a family history in the Bourbon industry spanning decades, Log Still Distillery is reimagining the Dant family’s legacy.
Banta CMC, LLC. was hired by the owner to assist in the project delivery systems and forms of contracts. Serving as a single point of contact between contractors and designers, Banta CMC provided invaluable coordination and oversight of the project budget, contingency planning, along with critical scheduling & phasing strategy assistance.
