Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions (RSCS) wanted to completely renovate their National Corporate Headquarters. They hired Banta CMC to orchestrate the endeavor through a three (3) phase, multi-year process. The total expenditure was nearly $2.5M. Banta CMC handled every aspect of the multi-phase project from developing the initial budgets, program management, procuring all of the various vendors and contractors, construction management, intimate oversight and closeout. Banta CMC saved RSCS nearly 300% of our fee.
