The Trail Hotel
Project Details
The Trail Hotel project was a historical renovation utilizing state and federal tax credits. Opened in 1970 as a Holiday Inn, the hotel was renovated and restored to a historic luxury resort featuring 95 rooms, 8 suites, a 4-star restaurant, three bars, and a water swim club. Banta CMC was hired to assist the ownership in navigating the complex design process. Our work also included legal assistance, procurement of the services of a qualified construction manager, and contract negotiations for a $21.0M investment.
