University of Louisville Chi Omega Sorority

Role
Owner’s Representative
Project Size
3,560 sq. ft.

Project Details

The Chi Omega house was constructed in approximately 1910 with features typical of that era—brick veneer, wood studs, plaster, very little (if any) insulation, and a stone foundation. The new scope of services included a complete renovation and a new addition of 3,560 sf, including a “partial” basement for all three (3) stories. Banta CMC acted as the Owner’s Representative for all tasks including, but not limited to, pre-construction, post-bid, construction management, post-construction activities, FF&E procurement, and all owner coordination with stakeholders, including with Authorities Having Jurisdiction over the University of Louisville.
