YUM! Brands White House & Tech Center Elevator Modernization

Modernization of five (5) existing elevators located in two (2) of YUM! Brands corporate buildings. Modernizations included: Controllers, Cross Assignment with embedded software, Machine Room Wiring Package, Max Monitoring Device Provisions, Advanced Technology including digital controls increasing reliability, and adjusts elevator dispatching to respond to building's traffic patterns. Reuse Existing Machine, New AC Motor, Velocity encoder and brake switch, Mounting/ Coupling for Dover/TKE, HW Rope Gripper Model 622 with Standard Plate, and drain, Flush and Refill Oil. New car fixtures and Hall fixtures. New hoist ropes. In addition, we installed shunt trip breakers and panels, as well as heat detectors.
