Project Details
YUM! Brands, headquartered in Louisville, KY, was founded in 1997 and is the world’s largest restaurant company with over 59,000 restaurants in more than 155 countries and territories. This project was a multi-year, multi-phased upgrade to their headquarters campus.
The refreshment of YUM! Brands Worldwide Corporate Headquarters encompassed all three floors of the facility. The project scope covered all areas of the corporate operations to also include the Executive Leadership Team. The overall project covered over 82,360 square feet and was successfully accomplished in ten (10) months. The approach yielded very positive results that resulted in saving both time and money, and Richard continues to work on YUM! Brands projects to this day.
